Machining Module
The Machining module provides a Wizard that will help the hobbing or shaping machine operators quickly arrive at the final cut size. This Wizard will calculate the ADVANCE or WITHDRAW amount of cutting tool to obtain the final cut size in one shot, ideal for initial part setup, especially for large job.

Quick Size System

Machine Settings Correction
In gear processing, the following conditions require machine settings correction,
- Wrong tooth size in initial part setup.
- Heat Treat distortion
- Machining errors
- Slope, Crown, Taper modifications.
You can use either ‘Equations Builder’ or your favorite ‘Excel sheets’ to make calculation of Machine Settings correction easy at shop floor. Either way, Gear parameters at Gleason GAMA CYL/XML or Klingelnberg MEW inspection file are auto data filled to Excel sheets make inputs from operators are not required or minimum.
